Lifecycle states
Pending → Detected on-chain → Confirming payment → Paid when the required confirmation threshold is reached. Expired invoices never reach confirmation.
Confirmation threshold
Default is 1 confirmation. Raise it for high-value invoices via Settings → Wallet → Confirmation policy.
